Abstract

Mass production facilities are full of challenges which include delays inproduction, wastage of resources, bottlenecks, and high operation expenses. The complexsystems need to be made more productive and efficient by optimizing the work flows.Simulation modeling is a strong methodology which assists managers in analyzing, designing, and improving manufacturing working processes without interfering with actualprocesses.
