Abstract

This study examines the role of the Spratly Archipelago in Vietnam’s maritimeeconomic development amid global transformation toward digitalization andsustainability. It evaluates the region’s geographical characteristics, marine ecosystems, and connectivity to international trade routes, highlighting its potentialin maritime logistics, offshore renewable energy, fisheries, and ocean datainfrastructure.
