Abstract

Enterprise customer relationship management platforms have evolved from structured sales repositories into mission-critical operational hubs processing vast volumes of customer interactions across multiple integrated systems. Conventional synchronous integration architectures, including batch-based data exchange, outbound messaging, and request-response API invocations, impose structural constraints that become operationally consequential at enterprise scale—manifesting as latency accumulation, throughput saturation at platform governor limits, and cascading failure propagation across tightly coupled integration chains.
