Microservices architectures have exposed fundamental limitations in traditional continuous integrationand continuous delivery pipelines that were designed for monolithic application assumptions. Staticpipelines cannot reliably interpret change semantics, infer blast radius across service boundaries, or adapt verification and deployment strategies
