Abstract

Healthcare delivery faces persistent challenges in managing fragmented patient data, coordinatingcare across multiple providers, and supporting clinical decision-making with comprehensiveinformation. This article proposes an intelligent chatbot system utilizing agentic artificial intelligenceand machine learning technologies to assist healthcare providers in synthesizing patient histories, analyzing symptoms, and generating evidence-based recommendations.
